Our Christmas Card competition this year asked you to guess how many words I had published on various blogs this year. For the three closest guesses we are donating to a charity of their choice.
The correct answer was 27,808 across 92 blogs.
Lesley, Gill and Karl’s guesses were closest, here are the charities they chose and why:
- Lesley chose St Michael’s Hospice where her friend died last year.
- Gill chose St Mungo’s which she love because it’s one of the only homeless charities that allows dogs into their accommodation.
- Karl chose The Eve Appeal because this charity is particularly relevant at the moment as it’s the cancer his partner has.
Thank you all for taking part, we are really happy to be sending these excellent people a nice donation. We will definitely do something similar again this year.
