Last week Sarah completed 10 years working alongside me.
Thanks to her efforts, ethics, care and attention TCFP is a successful business and a great place to work.
Chance brought us together – one of those moments of pure luck that are so often overlooked.
Although Sarah and I had known each other since 1990 we weren’t in regular contact after university, we’d bump into each other now and then, but that was about it.
However, one day, in the summer of 2012, our worlds came together again.
There was I thinking I really needed to get some help with work, and there was Sarah looking for work after maternity leave.
And there we both were on LinkedIn trying to do something about it.
And the rest is history.
Nothing wonderful can be built without rock solid foundations. I can’t effective without an utterly reliable wingman.
Sarah is TCFP’s infrastructure, its DNA, the person who make everything else possible – it’s always the people in the background that make the possible a reality.
I am often asked “What happens if you’re not around Jeremy?”, it’s a good question but not the best question, because it is Sarah we’d all be lost without.
