What are you looking for that isn’t here right now?
Stop flapping
It seems to me that our default option at a point of crisis or discomfort is to act and act quickly.
But how about just leaning back and shutting your eyes for 10 minutes?
And seeing what new thoughts / ideas / solutions come to you.
Rather than you grasping for them.
My experience is that it works quicker, better and feels nicer.
Perhaps it won’t be the same for you, but isn’t it worth a try?
Afterall, flapping is always available to you.
